STREUSEL CAKE 
3 c. all purpose flour
1 egg
Dash of cinnamon
1 1/4 c. sugar
8 oz. of butter (not to soft)
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 (16 oz.) cans pie filling (your choice apple, cherry or blueberry)

Mix first 6 ingredients (with hands) until crumbs form. (If crumbs are to soft, add more flour.) Press 1/2 of crumbs in a 9 inch springform pan. Cover evenly with pie filling leaving an edge of 1/2 inch. Cover with remaining crumbs. Bake on lower oven rack at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown. Let cake cool for 10 minutes then remove from baking pan.
