POTATO DUMPLINGS 
2 1/4 c. riced (or ground) raw potatoes
1/8 c. ground onions (raw and fresh)
2 c. ground ham
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. flour

Ham bone
Broth or water

May add up to 1 cup more flour if needed to keep shape. Drop mixture from ice cream scoop into simmer broth. Cook 1/2 hour or so. Cover the pan for 15 minutes but simmer gently.
