POTATO WEDGES 
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tsp. mustard, prepared
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
3 lg. potatoes, unpeeled
1/4 c. bread crumbs (optional)

Over low heat melt butter. Remove from heat. Stir in ketchup, paprika, salt until well mixed.

Cut each potato into 4 wedges; slash each wedge crosswise at 1/4-inch intervals but do not cut through skin. Place potatoes skin side down on cookie sheet; brush with 1/2 butter mixture.

Bake 35 minutes at 425 degrees, brushing potatoes occasionally with remaining mixture during baking. After last brushing, sprinkle potatoes with bread crumbs. Yield: 4 servings.
