LOBSTER SALAD VINAIGRETTE 
2 (1 1/2 lb.) lobsters, cooked & chopped
1 lb. cooked shrimp, cleaned & chopped

Toss meat with: 4 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil Pinch of sugar 2 (1 pt.) baskets cherry tomatoes, halved or left whole Salt & pepper to taste

Serve immediately. If preparing in advance, do not chop the tomatoes.
