CHEESE CAKES 
3 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese
Paper cupcake papers
5 eggs
1 tbsp. flour
Vanilla wafers
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350. Cream together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and flour. Mix in eggs, 1 at a time. Place vanilla wafer in each cupcake paper cup and spoon in cream cheese mixture until cup filled 3/4. Bake 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Add topping.

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
Canned pie filling

Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla together. Spoon into cheese cakes that have been cooked. Fill nearly to top. Bake 5 minutes more. Top with canned pie filling of your choice. Refrigerate and serve.
