APPLE SAUSAGE RING 
2 lbs. bulk sausage, reg.
1 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. minced onions
1 c. finely chopped apples

Mix all ingredients together. Press into a greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Pour off the excess grease and turn onto plate. Or cook 350 degrees for 30 minutes and freeze. Defrost and cook another 30 minutes.
