KRAUT 'N SAUSAGE RING 
2 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 1/3 c. soft bread crumbs
2 eggs - beaten
1 1/3 c. finely chopped apple
1/3 c. minced onion
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. cloves
1 can (28.5 oz.) sauerkraut
1 tsp. caraway seed

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first seven ingredients. Press into a 6-cup ring mold. Unmold onto rack in shallow baking pan. Cover loosely with foil. Bake 30 minutes. Remove foil. Bake 30 more minutes. While this is baking heat sauerkraut and juice and caraway seed. Cook 2 or 3 minutes; drain sauerkraut. Remove sausage ring to warm platter. Spoon sauerkraut into the center. Serve immediately.
