PEACHES AND CREAM DESSERT 
3/4 c. flour
1 (4 oz.) pkg. regular vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 (16 oz.) can peach slices
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

In mixing bowl, stir flour, pudding mix and baking powder. Combine egg, milk and melted butter; add to dry ingredients. Mix well and spread in a greased 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan.

Drain peaches - reserving 1/3 cup of the liquid. Chop pecans and distribute atop the batter. Beat together cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and the reserved peach liquid. Pour this over the peaches and batter.

Combine 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over all. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
