SAUSAGE AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. rice
1 lb. smoked sausage, chopped into bite-size pieces
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
Salt to taste

Cook rice. Add onion, bell pepper, sausage and cream of chicken soup. Mix and bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes.
