SAUSAGE & RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground sausage (or 1 tube)
1 c. rice, uncooked
1 pkg. dry Lipton noodle soup mix
2 c. water

Brown sausage; drain. Add rice, soup mix and water. Pour into 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
