AUGRATIN POTATOES | |
8 c. potatoes, cooked & sliced WHITE SAUCE: Melt in saucepan: Add: 4 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. Accent 3 1/2 c. milk Cook until thick and add: 1 tsp. prepared mustard Boil red potatoes with jackets on until done. Peel and slice to make 8 cups of potatoes. Put in a casserole. Cook white sauce until thickened. Add the cheese and mustard. Pour sauce over potatoes and cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
