ORANGE FLUFF SALAD 
1 box (3 oz.) orange flavored gelatin
1 carton (8 oz.) sm. curd cottage cheese
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained well
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8 oz.) frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed

In mixing bowl, pour the dry gelatin over the cottage cheese; mix well. Stir in the drained pineapple and drained mandarin oranges. Mix well. Fold in the whipped topping which has been thawed. Chill well before serving.

This has been a favorite holiday dish in my family for years, I love it! I always say that it's not Thanksgiving or Christmas without Fluff Salad. The only thing that I would add to this recipe is that I typically drain the cottage cheese as well. Less liquid and more fluff that way. I also enjoy using black cherry jello mix to add more flavor :-)
