PINEAPPLE AND BANANA CAKE 
3 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. dried bananas
1 c. crushed pineapple with juice (8 oz.)

Measure dry ingredients and sift into mixing bowl, make a well in center and into it add eggs, oil, pineapple, vanilla and bananas. Then stir (DO NO BEAT) until well blended. Pour into a greased 9" or 10" tube pan, place in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes. The cake will crack slightly on top. Set on rack to cool in the pan. When cool run spatula around edge of pan and turn cake out. (This cake keeps well when wrapped and refrigerated.)
