3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
3 bananas, diced or 2 c.

Measure dry ingredients in large bowl. Add bananas, oil, vanilla, eggs, pineapple. Stir until moist and blended. DO NOT BEAT. Pour into greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Remove from pan when cool. Serve without frosting. 1/2 cup of nuts may be added if desired.
