2 c. sugar
3 c. self-rising flour
1 c. oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1 sm. can crushed pineapple & juice
2 c. chopped bananas (3 med. size)
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. cinnamon, optional
3 whole eggs

Mix all together by hand (do not beat in mixer). Bake in Bundt pan at 300-350 degrees about 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean (35-40 minutes in a 9 x 13 inch pan).
