PINEAPPLE BANANA CAKE 
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 can crushed pineapple & juice (8 oz.)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 c. diced, ripe bananas

Measure dry ingredients together. Dice bananas and add to dry ingredients along with other ingredients. Stir, but do not beat. Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Let cool and remove. No frosting needed.
