BLUEBERRY CRUMBLE | |
4 c. fresh blueberries 12 tbsp. sugar Juice of 1 lemon 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 3/4 c. flour 1/3 c. butter 1/2 tsp. salt Combine 4 cups washed and stemmed blueberries with 6 tablespoons (1/2 of total amount) sugar and juice of lemon. Put in buttered baking dish. Combine 3/4 cup flour, 1/3 cup butter, 6 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Work into crumbly consistency. Sprinkle over blueberries. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Delicious over vanilla ice cream. Serve warm. |
