BLINTZ SOUFFLE RECIPE 
1 pkg. golden blintzes (cheese or fruit) or Retner blintzes
3 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. butter (melted)
4 tsp. orange juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 tsp. sugar

Grease a deep baking pan. Place frozen blintzes on bottom. Pour rest of ingredients in blender and blend until creamy. Put over blintzes. Bake at 375 degrees for first 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes until puffy and brown. When serving you may spoon warmed Comstock cherries or blueberries on top.
