QUICK SPAGHETTI AND MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 pkg. (12 oz.) uncooked spaghetti)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. oil
3 1/2 c. (32 oz. jar) Prego spaghetti sauce

Combine beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper. Mix well. Shape into small balls. Put the oil in your largest skillet and brown meatballs on all sides. Keep turning until they are brown all over. Pour off excess fat. Add sauce and simmer covered about 30 minutes on low heat. You can add a little water if it looks too thick. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain. Serve on warm plates. 6 servings.
