SPAGHETTI AND MEAT BALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. stale bread pieces
9 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
2 eggs
1 lb. chopped onions
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. stock
3 1/2 lbs. spaghetti
3 1/2 gal. boiling water
3 tbsp. salt
1 gal. tomato sauce

Soak bread in water until soft. Squeeze out excess moisture and discard water. Mix bread, beef, pork, eggs, onions, salt, pepper and stock. Form into small meat balls. Place in greased baking dish. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
