BLUEBERRY COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tbsp. & 1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
2 c. frozen blueberries

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. soft butter

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
1/8 c. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. water

Mix all ingredients and put in a greased 8 x 10 inch pan. Sprinkle on the topping. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Remove from oven and pour glaze on hot cake.
