PORCUPINE MEAT BALLS 
1/2 c. rice, uncooked
1 egg
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Milk to make moist
1 can tomato soup
1 can water

Combine the rice, ground beef, egg, onion, salt, pepper and milk. Form into balls, making about 9 or 10. Place in baking dish and over this, pour a can of tomato soup and one can water, mixed. Bake covered for 3 hours at 300.
