POPPY SEED CAKE | |
1 pkg. yellow cake mix 2 pkgs. butterscotch instant pudding 1 c. water 3/4 c. oil 4 eggs 1/2 c. poppy seeds (2 1/8 oz.) Combine in large bowl; beat on low until mixed, then beat on medium speed for 3 minutes. Grease and flour tube cake pan (bottom only). Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Cover last 10 minutes. Cool 25 minutes; remove from pan. |
