BEEF HAWAIIAN 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. diced green pepper
2 carrots, sliced diagonally
2 celery stalks sliced diagonally
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. frozen green peas

Brown meat and onion. Add all ingredients except peas and simmer for 30 minutes. Add peas 10 minutes before serving. Serve over egg noodles or rice. Serves 4.
