CHICKEE PUNEE (HAWAIIAN) 
4 chicken breasts, de - boned, skinned and cooked
1 box frozen broccoli
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded mild cheddar cheese (may substitute low - fat cheese and mayonnaise if preferred)
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. bread crumbs

Thaw broccoli, arrange stalks in dish after spraying with a non - stick spray (Pam). Place chicken on top of broccoli. Combine soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. If you like, add 1/2 teaspoon curry powder in soup mixture.
