2 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tsp. almond extract
4 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1/4 c. salad oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sift flour, baking powder and salt, lightly beat eggs. Add sugar, oil and extract. Stir in flour. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place on greased cookie sheet, 1 1/2 inches apart. Bake approximately 10 minutes.

FROSTING:

Make frosting by adding cream to confectioners' sugar (tint color of your choice). 2 dozen cookies.
