ORIENTAL CABBAGE SALAD 
Dressing:

1/2 c. white vinegar
1/3 c. oil
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Mix all ingredients together and add to salad just before serving. You can make 1 1/2 times the dressing for additional flavor.

Salad:

2 pkg. angel hair slaw
1 bunch green onions
2 pkg. Ramen noodles (without seasonings)
3/4 c. slivered almonds

Toast the ramen noodles and the slivered almonds on a cookie sheet for 3 - 4 minutes in a 350 oven. Add to the slaw and the onions (which have been chopped). Toss together. Add the dressing just before serving and mix together with salad.

You can also add cooked, cubed chicken for a nice variation. You may also use regular slaw, but the angel hair is better, because it is finer.
