ORIENTAL CABBAGE SALAD 
Salad:

1/2 c. slivered almonds
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/2 head cabbage
4 green onions, sliced

Dressing:

2 to 3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 pkg. Ramen noodle flavoring (small foil packet)

Prepare dressing 1 to 2 hours before serving. Toast almonds and sesame seeds in a 325°F oven until slightly brown (2 to 3) minutes. In large bowl, mix cabbage and green onions. Just before serving, toss cabbage, almonds, sesame seeds and dressing.

Serves 6.
