FRUIT PIZZA 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. liquid from drained fruit cocktail
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Blend butter, powdered sugar and flour together. Spread out on a pizza pan. Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 325 degrees. Cream together cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar and vanilla. Spread on cooled crust. Cover with different colored fruits, berries, grapes, pineapple, mandarin, oranges, etc. Boil liquid from fruit, cornstarch and 1/2 cup sugar and lemon until thickened. Cool several minutes and spoon over fruit. Keep refrigerated.
