PRAIRIE POTATOES 
2 lbs. Ore Ida hash brown potatoes
1 pt. or 2 c. sour cream
1/2 lb. butter or 2 sticks or 1 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. or 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Do not let potatoes thaw. Mix all ingredients except corn flakes. Place in 9x13 casserole dish. Top with corn flakes. Bake 350 degrees 1 1/4 hours.
