RHUBARB CRISP 
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
3/4 c. oatmeal
1 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together all above ingredients (crumble mixture). Put 3/4 mixture in bottom of 11 1/2 x 8 inch pan; press down. Then put in 4 cups rhubarb.

Mix together 1 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 1 cup water and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Cook on stove until clear. Pour over rhubarb in pan, then sprinkle remaining crumble mixture on top and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
