ENGLISH PEACH PIE 
6-8 Freestone peaches
1 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. butter, softened

Skin peaches and slice thin, place in greased 1-1/2 qt. casserole or deep pie plate.

For the topping, combine the rest of the ingredients with a pastry cutter. Spread on top of sliced peaches.

Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes and 350°F for 25 - 30 minutes.
