PEEK-A-BERRY SALAD 
1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jello brand orange flavor gelatin
3/4 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
Ice cubes
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 c. sliced strawberries

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Combine cold water and ice to make 1 cup. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Add rind. Beat cheese until smooth; add mayonnaise and 1 cup gelatin; blending well. Chill until slightly thickened. Arrange strawberries in 3-4 cup mold. Pour in remaining gelatin; chill until set. Spoon creamy gelatin into mold. Chill about 3 hours. Unmold. Garnish. Makes 6 servings.
