WHOLE WHEAT DINNER MUFFINS | |
1 c. flour 1 c. whole wheat flour 1 tbsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 egg 1/4 c. butter or oil 1/4 c. white sugar, brown sugar or 2 tbsp. honey Stir together dry ingredients. Make a well in middle. Mix remaining ingredients, put in well. Stir just enough to moisten. Fill 12 muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. |
