DELUXE POTATO BAKE 
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. unseasoned bread crumbs
2 green onions with tops, chopped
2 tbsp. milk
3/4 tsp. seasoned pepper
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 lg. potatoes, peeled, grated & held in ice water
1 c. (4 oz.) grated cheddar cheese
4 bacon slices, cooked & crumbled

In large bowl, combine eggs, bread crumbs, onion, milk, seasoned pepper and seasoned salt. Drain potatoes and stir into egg mixture. Add 1/2 of cheddar cheese and 1/2 of bacon. Spoon mixture into lightly greased 8 x 8 x 2 inch casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bacon; bake 5 minutes longer. Makes 4 servings.
