1 box yellow cake mix
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
2 bananas
3 oz. instant vanilla pudding
2 c. milk
1/2 c. pecan pieces
1 med. container Cool Whip
Coconut if desired

1. Prepare and bake cake mix according to directions on box.

2. Poke holes in the cake after it is baked with the handle of wooden spoon.

3. Heat pineapple and sugar. Pour over the cake. Put sliced bananas over top.

4. Prepare instant pudding with 2 cups milk as directed on box and pour over bananas.

5. Sprinkle pecans over the pudding. Cover with whipped cream. Sprinkle with coconut if desired.
