LEMON COCONUT PIE 
1 can Eagle Brand milk
3 eggs
1 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. lemon juice

Put in blender 3 minutes. Pour in 10 inch pie pan. Set 10 minutes. Sprinkle 1 cup coconut. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
