BAKED RICE 
1 1/4 c. raw rice
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped fine
2 bouillon cubes, beef or chicken
1 tbsp. dehydrated onion
2 1/2 c. boiling water

Combine all ingredients in casserole. Bake, covered, for one hour at 350 degrees.
