BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 (1 lb.) box elbow macaroni
1 pkg. Longhorn cheese
Milk to almost cover (heat first)
4 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper
1 egg, beaten (optional)

Cook macaroni in salt water 6-7 minutes. Don't over cook. Drain. Put macaroni in a long baking dish sprayed with Pam. Put butter over macaroni and stir until coated. Add salt and pepper.

Mix beaten egg with a little water and pour over macaroni, slice cheese and cover the top. Pour heated milk over that until almost covered. Sprinkle parsley flakes on top. Put dish on cookie sheet so it doesn't cook out in oven.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 to 60 minutes or until milk is gone and cheese is a light brown on top. Don't over bake or it will get dry.
