POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. dried minced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated American cheese
1/4 c. butter
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Thaw potatoes before using. Mix first 8 ingredients together. Spread in 9x13 buttered casserole dish. Mix corn flakes with melted butter and spread on top. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees.
