1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can mushrooms (button)
4 oz. sharp cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 oz. Parmesan cheese

Mix meat, milk, bread crumbs, garlic salt and oregano. Press into a 9 inch pie plate, lining sides. Spread with tomato sauce. Cover with mushrooms. Sprinkle with grated cheese, then Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
