MEAT CRUST PIE 
1/3 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine and mix well. Pat into bottom and sides of 9 inch pie plate. Fill with mashed potatoes. (Sprinkle with cheese if desired.) Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Good way to use leftover mashed potatoes.

I added some Worcestershire sauce and A-1 sauce to meat and used the mashed potatoes from deli in a container just whipped them a little added sour cream and a little garlic if you like it also used Panko bread crumbs.
