MERINGUE PIE CRUST | |
3 egg whites, beaten stiff Add: 1 c. sugar gradually 10 white soda crackers, rolled fine 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. chopped pecan nut meats Butter pie tin. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Cut crust while hot. Very good filled with fresh fruit or custard. |
