MEAT CRUST PIE 
CRUST:

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

FILLING:

2 c. heated & seasoned mixed vegetables
1 c. cooked tomatoes, drained

These 2 can be cooked together.

Mix together and pack in 9 inch pie pan to cover bottom and sides. Press another pie pan on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes. Remove upper pan. Bake 3 minutes more. Turn into this hot meat shell the mixed vegetables and tomatoes. Return to oven. Bake 20 minutes. Prepared mashed potatoes may be added to top for the last 5 minutes and browned. Makes 6 servings.
