BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 bunch broccoli, chopped
4 eggs, hard cooked
2/3 c. green olives, sliced
2 green onions, sliced
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine first 4 ingredients. Mix remaining ingredients for dressing. Toss together. Refrigerate several hours before serving. Yield: 8 servings.
