BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 bunch broccoli, cut into bite - size pieces
4 hard boiled eggs
1 sm. onion
2/3 c. green olives, halved
1/4 c. pickle relish
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. mayonnaise

Add eggs, onion, olives and pickle relish. Mix lemon juice with mayonnaise and pour over other ingredients. Mix well and let set overnight. Yields 8 servings. Sometimes I add green grapes.
