FRESH CUCUMBER RELISH 
3 med. cucumbers (1 1/2 lb.)
1/2 med. onion
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried dillweed

Slice cucumbers in half lengthwise, scoop out seeds and discard. Grind cucumbers and onions using food grinder (coarse blade) or finely chop by hand, drain. Stir in vinegar, sugar, salt and dillweed. Chill for 8 hours or overnight. Serve on hot dogs or hamburgers. Makes about 4 cups.
