MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 can Durkee's onions
1/2 c. toasted pecans

Mix oil, sugar, vinegar, salt, mustard and celery seed in quart jar. Make a day ahead and refrigerate. Break up several kinds of lettuces and toss just before serving with mandarin oranges, Durkee's onions and pecans. Pour refrigerated salad dressing over as desired. The number of people served determines how much lettuce and dressing is used.
