CHICKEN TACO CASSEROLE 
1 lg. chicken, boiled and deboned
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can chopped green chilies (pepper)
1 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 c. crushed Fritos

In layer in a casserole put above ingredients. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
