CHICKEN TACO CASSEROLE 
1 whole fryer, cooked, cooled & stripped from bones, with skin removed
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 onion, chopped
1 can Ortega green chilies
1 pkg. corn tortillas
Grated cheddar cheese

Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. In bowl, mix soup, onion, and chilies. Cut tacos into 4ths. Layer half chicken, soup, tacos and cheese in pan. Repeat this for a second layer. Pour 1/2 cup milk over top. Cover with foil and bake until hot for about 20 to 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
